Introduction

What is Burglish System?

Its the Input System and Various Language Tools for Burmese(Myanmar Language). Burglish¹ System is not to encourage to type in burglish² (Burmese typed with Alphabets). It is for to type in Burmese with Burmese Characters directly with Burmese Keyboard or help user with Phonetic Input System using Dropdown Menus. Please see the screen shots.

Burglish System contains various kinds of program like Input System for Burglish and Burmese, Font Converter, Word Breaker (syllabification), Burmese Sentences Sorting System, Burglizer, etc.

Extended Integration and Collaboration

• Codename BTAh, BUI, and fontconv are also now extending into desktop end-user application, a separate project name called Prince Ka Naung (codename kanaung) Converter Engine and Unify Myanmar IME, more info at http://kanaung.googlecode.com

• Desktop application like WaitZar System used advancement of Burglish System features, more info at http://waitzar.googlecode.com

• Codename BTAh, BUI and fontconv are main part of the Burglish system and together with MMLT.ORG collaboration movement, there is MMGeeks Input System (which has other more project's integration such as BCP, IDRO, etc..) integrated into phpBB3 forum script. There were another project call for pre-modded phpBB3 project which is focusing distribution of Myanmar Language enabled forum script and going to imply these features.

• Mozilla Seamonkey 1.1.0 + (I mainly tested on this browser, coz its fast!)
• Safari 3.0.0+ (Windows Version) (Its working but not tested very well)

Licencing and Cost

• This software will be released under a free software license, the GPL v 2. Feel free to copy and redistribute this software with similar license.
• But you cannot sell the products that using Burglish. If you want to sell your modified products, you will need some agreements with me.
